We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us at lorraine@bournebeauty.com prior to placing your order.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information if available.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

 

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): 2–4 business days.

    Free for orders over £30, or £3.95 for orders under £30.

  • Express Delivery (Tracked 24): 1–2 business days.

    Cost: £6.95.

  • Next Day Delivery: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 1pm.

    Cost: £8.95.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, customs).

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at lorraine@bournebeauty.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to legal or carrier regulations.

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international customers (where applicable), all customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
